How to make a sling:

    1. First damage wrist or surrounding arm area, ideally by breaking, or fracture or sprain. For example, ice skating is a good method

  1. Attend St Thomas’ A&E and request x-ray, just to be sure
  2. Then accept nice sling from nice nurse made according to diagram below:

Sewing machine and various box o’ tricks now standing idle. Brain is whirring with ideas, though. Simply need good way to  record them that doesn’t make my fractured scaphoid ache.

About me

I started this blog to help me Get Things Done: sewing and knitting mostly.
But now I have a daughter! So I continue to daydream in enormous detail about what I'd like to make, but squeeze the 'doing' into precious naptimes and evenings.

Can I keep it up? Time will tell!
